Schedule a make-up class

If your child has to miss a class, we are happy to offer 3 make-ups per semester. Please understand that we do NOT guarantee that we will have space for make-ups, and that there are no refunds for missed classes.

These classes must be made up during the same semester. You must be enrolled in the session during which you wish to schedule a makeup.Keep in mind that you may attend any age-appropriate class. For instance, if you are in Village, you may choose to attend Family Time or Sign & Sing, if another Village class does not fit your schedule.

Offered make-up classes will be held for you for 48 hours. If your confirmation is not received within that time frame, that space may be offered to another family.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled make-up, please contact our office so we may offer it to another student.

Occasionally a situation may arise requiring that we must change an offered make-up class. Please know that we will do our best to find you an equally satisfactory day, time, and location.

Please fill out the form below, being sure to check each location where you are available to take a class. You will be contacted via email by our administrator.  She will let you know what your makeup choices are.
